In an open letter, 14 major aviation stakeholder organizations call upon the EU Transport Ministers to respect the recent vote taken by the European Parliament on the proposed new EU Accident Investigation Regulation. They urge the Ministers to promote air safety by guaranteeing that accident and judicial investigations work independently from each other, and that safety data is adequately protected.
